yandsco is a private venture built, maintained, and operated by two people who simply love working together. The name yandsco stands for Yağmur and Semih Company.
We aren't a traditional firm with a massive headcount. We are a partnership—in business and in life—dedicated to managing our family portfolio and building meaningful solutions across software, data, and finance. With over 10 years of background in these fields, we’ve learned that the best results come from a quiet, focused approach rather than seeking the spotlight.
How We Operate
We like to stay under the radar. We aren’t interested in being famous; we are interested in building stuff that works. We decide everything together, moving through various projects with a shared vision and a commitment to producing high-quality outcomes.
The Team
Yağmur brings an intense, hyper-focused energy to our work. While her ADHD keeps her mind sharp and fast, she excels at immersing herself entirely into a single project at a time, ensuring every detail is seen through to completion. When the work is done, she’s usually off traveling the world or finding her rhythm on the dance floor.
Semih is the resident nerd of the operation. He thrives in the technical depths of our software and finance projects. His guiding philosophy is simple: he loves the craft, and he loves his partner. He is happiest working on whatever Yağmur is passionate about, finding his stride in whatever makes her happy.
